This website is run by Syed Ahmad, a performance marketing consultant based in Islamabad, Pakistan TODO: add trading name and business address. I am the “controller” of the personal information described here. You can contact me about privacy at syed@syedahmad.me.

Information you give me — your name, work email, website, ad-spend range, goals and anything you write in a form, plus details you share when you book a call or subscribe to the newsletter.

Information collected automatically — device and browser type, approximate location, pages visited and how you arrived (for example the ad you clicked), collected through cookies and similar technologies, only where you have agreed.

Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, I rely on: your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, newsletter); steps you ask me to take before or under a contract (replying to enquiries, delivering services); my legitimate interests in running and securing this website; and legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising tags only load after you agree. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Where required, the site uses Google Consent Mode so Google tags respect your choice.

I never sell your information. I share it only with service providers who help me run this site and my business — for example website hosting, email, calendar booking, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms — and only as far as they need to provide their service. TODO: list your providers

Some providers process data outside your country. Where that happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries that don’t lead to work: TODO: 24 months?. Client records: for the length of our contract plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how it’s used, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email syed@syedahmad.me and I’ll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools I use.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
